The Galvo Gantry Laser Battery Welder is a fiber laser welding system for lithium battery cells, battery modules, EV battery packs, and energy storage components.

Welding Capability

The machine uses fiber laser welding technology to process copper, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel, and dissimilar metal connections commonly used in battery manufacturing.

The galvo scanner performs rapid welding paths within a 110 × 110 mm scanning field, while the XYZ gantry provides accurate movement for larger battery modules, packs, and assembled components with a travel range of 800 × 600 × 400 mm (optional 800 × 1200 × 400 mm) and ±0.01 mm positioning accuracy.
